Safety First

Our employees are involved in the safety process from the moment they are hired, through a safety induction and mentoring scheme.

All our employees and line managers have undergone VCA training (operational or operational managers).

Our workers’ skills are enhanced by a range of training courses, including: forklift truck drivers, aerial platform drivers, Manitou drivers, working at height, welding techniques (we have approved welders), etc.

Site managers are responsible for applying the company’s safety policy on site. Before the start of the worksite, the site foremen carry out toolbox meetings based on the PPSS or the worksite opening previously carried out with the project manager.
